Home is for a Single Part. If an assembly is detected, the app will not quote the whole assembly as one block and will direct you to Multi-Assembly

Multi-Assembly

Use one Assembly STEP or multiple separated Part STEP files. STEP is the source of truth for geometry and occurrence quantity, while PDF/BOM supplies part numbers, materials, precision, and manufacturing evidence

Multi-Assembly screen with numbered workflow
V5.52 with a real test file: each QTY identifies STEP as its source and every STEP product occupies one row
Blue = ready actionGray = completed step
  1. 1
    Load Multi STEP / Assembly
Choose multiple .stp/.step files. Both separated Parts and Assemblies are supported, with XCAF geometry kept with its source file
  2. 2
    Load Drawing / BOM PDF
Choose multiple PDFs. All pages are collected and their part numbers prepared for matching
  3. 3
    Analyze STEP + PDF
The app extracts products and occurrences, consolidates duplicate products into one row, and applies the STEP roll-up quantity before PDF/BOM matching
  4. 4
AI reads drawings / BOM / assists matching
AI enriches each matched row with material, precision, tolerance, GD&T, fit, datum, and surface-finish evidence without overwriting STEP geometry, stock, removal, or quantity
  5. 5
Review and edit the working table
Verify Type, Material, Stock Size, QTY, Removal, Precision, processes, and price. When PDF/BOM quantity differs, both values remain visible for engineer review
The AI usage bar shows project cost in THB, call count, tokens, provider, model, and a masked API key. Provider-reported cost is used when available; otherwise the value is marked as estimated
V5.52: STEP is the source of truth for geometry and quantity. PDF/BOM and AI only enrich existing rows. A difference such as “STEP 2 · PDF/BOM 1” remains visible while calculation keeps the STEP quantity
Each STEP product has one row. If the same name appears on several BOM pages, all references are consolidated into that row so quantity and price are not multiplied
AI maps visible drawing evidence to Precision ×1, ×1.2, ×1.5, ×1.8, or ×2 and records its reason. Weak evidence stays at ×1. An engineer must verify Material, Precision, and manufacturing controls before quoting
Link PDF to the current table is an unnumbered optional tool for restored tables or PDFs added/replaced later. Hover the button to see its guidance
Practical example

Example: STEP contains two occurrences while BOM says QTY 1. The row displays STEP 2 · PDF/BOM 1, calculates with QTY 2, keeps the BOM page for review, and still accepts AI-enriched material, precision, and manufacturing controls

MISUMI Quote Connector: select all Purchase rows and export CSV for MISUMI. The app extracts MISUMI codes from descriptive Assembly/STEP names, parentheses, and .step filenames. Import the official PDF or .xlsx/.xlsm/.csv quote; a unique contained product code and exact QTY are required before the app writes back the authoritative code, price, page/item, source, and timestamp. Missing or ambiguous rows remain unchanged for engineer review
The app stores no MISUMI password, performs no automated login, and does not scrape the website. Editing MISUMI Part No. or QTY after import clears the imported price to prevent quantity-tier mistakes
Both files are not mandatory: STEP-only can extract geometry, and PDF-only can create drawing rows. Using both reduces repeated entry and improves completeness

PDF/JPG Analysis

Use this for individual drawings: one file or image becomes one editable quotation row. You may queue multiple files, but each is analyzed and shown separately

PDF/JPG V5.52 screen with editable pricing table
V5.52 example: steps 1–3 turn gray when complete, with results in the table below
Blue = ready actionGray = completed step
  1. 1
    Load drawing files
Choose PDF, JPG, or PNG. The app shows the pending file queue
  2. 2
    Process
AI reads Part No., material, dimensions, quantity, and process notes one file at a time
  3. 3
    Review and edit
Search materials, edit Stock Size/QTY/Removal/Precision, and choose Coating, Surface, or Wire Cut / EDM per row
  4. 4
    Review prices
Material, process, and totals recalculate when values change. CNC/part can also be entered manually
  5. 5
    Export Excel
Select the required rows and export only practical quotation fields
The dashboard shows total AI cost in THB, while each row shows provider, cost, and a masked API key. Cache hits show THB 0 because no new API request is made
Practical example

For a one-page P-001.pdf drawing, AI pre-fills the part number, material, and size. The engineer then confirms the actual grade, stock, and processes before using the calculated quote

AI provides a first draft, not the source of truth. Engineer-reviewed table values are final for calculation
